Individual Career Counseling
Globalite Talent Management undertakes both individual and group-based career counseling sessions with staff to determine strengths, weaknesses, aspirations and challenges, and to design a personal development plan for the employee together with his or her manager. This personal development plan will provide a concrete vision for the employees in respect of their value to the organisation and their place in the company. It is also highly successful when used as part of an employee's Professional Development Plan.
Outplacement Services
Outplacement projects are undertaken on a group and individual basis to assist in the outplacement of staff affected by corporate change, mergers and acquisitions. This is generally offered together with the career counseling service.
Temporary and Interim Staffing
Globalite Talent Management is aware of the requirement for high quality interim and temporary staff to be made available to clients within potentially restricted time-frames. We maintain a database of highly experienced interim and temporary staff who are available for projects within client organisations for periods between 1 and 9 months. Shorter and longer assignments have also been contracted for clients.
